SURGICAL AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

EXPLANT OUT OF STATE INFORMATION

Thank you for contacting the office. Explant procedures are very common here at our office. Our office consultation fee is 100.00 dollars to come and talk to the Dr, we also offer phone consultations for the same price. Our Drs are in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays doing consultations. Their surgical days are Tues, Thurs, and Fridays. A rough estimate for an explant is 6,050 for Dr and anesthesia. Facility fee is 750.00, which goes to the facility the day of the procedure. Pathology fee is 80.00 dollars for basic testing. The procedure is approximately two and a half hours long. We do require a 500.00 dollar deposit fee, to hold the date, which is non refundable. That will come off the Dr and anesthesia amount. The remaining amount is due two weeks before your surgery date. We have local hotels nearby the facility and the office, which we can send you information via email. The first post op is usually 7-10 days after surgery, but if you are out of state we can adjust that before you leave.
